Job Summary
Docol Group is seeking a skilled and motivated Web Developer to design, develop, and maintain modern web applications and digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong front-end development expertise, experience with scripting languages, and a solid portfolio demonstrating real-world projects. Experience in broader software development is a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain web applications using React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Build responsive, scalable, and user-friendly interfaces.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
Integrate APIs and backend services where required.
Use scripting languages such as Python for automation or backend tasks.
Collaborate with designers, IT teams, and stakeholders to deliver requirements.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize web applications for performance and security.
Maintain version control using Git/GitHub.
Support continuous improvement of existing systems and platforms.
Requirements
Strong experience with React.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python.
Solid understanding of modern web development best practices.
Portfolio required (live projects, GitHub repositories, or case studies).
Experience in software development or full-stack development is a strong plus.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
