About the Role
Docol Group is seeking a highly skilled Tailor & Fabric Printing Expert to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining embroidery machines, ensuring all fabric printing equipment is in top condition, and producing high-quality garment finishes. This role requires expertise in embroidery, Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing, and hands-on experience in machine care and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and maintain embroidery machines (Happy Japan models preferred) for consistent, high-quality output.
Operate and manage Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printers, including Epson SC-F2200, ensuring accurate color calibration and image clarity.
Perform routine checks, servicing, and minor repairs to maintain peak machine performance.
Manage the embroidery and printing workflow to meet production deadlines.
Ensure all embroidery, printing, and tailoring work meets international quality and design standards.
Maintain accurate logs of production outputs, maintenance schedules, and material usage.
Train and support junior technicians in equipment handling and maintenance procedures.
Collaborate with the design and production teams to align output with client specifications.
Follow strict health, safety, and hygiene protocols in the production area.
Requirements
Proven experience operating Epson SC-F2200 DTG printers or similar commercial-grade DTG systems.
Skilled in operating and maintaining Happy Japan embroidery machines (or equivalent models).
Ability to identify issues early and perform preventive maintenance and basic repairs.
Strong knowledge of fabric types, color management, and printing techniques.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to consistent quality.
Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
Strong teamwork and communication skills in English (spoken & written).
Prior experience in high-volume garment or textile production is an advantage.
