Description & Requirements

As a Surveyor at DOCOL Group, you will play a critical role in our construction projects by accurately measuring, mapping, and analyzing land and structures. You will utilize advanced surveying equipment and software to ensure precise project planning and execution. Your expertise will contribute to the success and quality of our projects. 

Responsibilities

  • Conduct land and building surveys to determine precise locations, dimensions, and property boundaries.
  • Utilize surveying instruments, such as total stations and GPS, to collect data and create detailed maps.
  • Prepare survey reports, including measurements, calculations, and analysis of data.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate project layout and adherence to design specifications.
  • Provide guidance and support to construction teams regarding site measurements and layout.
  • Perform quality control checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of survey data.
  • Maintain and calibrate surveying equipment to ensure reliability.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in surveying technology.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Surveyor in a construction or related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Surveying or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in surveying equipment and software, including total stations, GPS, and AutoCAD.
  • Strong knowledge of surveying principles, techniques, and standards.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Physical stamina and the ability to work in various outdoor conditions.
