Surveyor Night Lead
Docol Group is hiring a Surveyor Night Lead with over 10 years of experience in civil and structural surveying, specifically in large-scale commercial projects such as malls and hotels. This position plays a critical role in overseeing all night shift surveying activities to ensure precision and alignment with design specifications and construction timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and conduct topographic, layout, and structural surveys during night operations.
Interpret and implement design drawings and technical specifications.
Coordinate with site engineers, construction managers, and quality teams to verify site conditions and elevations.
Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of surveyed data.
Maintain equipment calibration and adherence to quality standards.
Provide guidance to junior surveying staff during night shifts.
Requirements
Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in surveying, including night shift supervision.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Surveying, or related field.
Proficient in surveying instruments (e.g., Total Station, GPS, AutoCAD Civil 3D).
Strong understanding of building layouts, road alignment, and infrastructure works.
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
Fluency in English is required.
