As a Construction Supervisor at DOCOL Group, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating various construction projects. You will work closely with project teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure the successful execution of projects on time and within budget. Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate construction projects from start to finish.
- Collaborate with project managers to develop detailed project plans.
- Manage subcontractors, ensuring they meet project specifications and deadlines.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays that arise.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Review and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
- Manage project budgets and track expenses.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is progressing as planned.
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders and provide regular updates.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, tools, and equipment.
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans.
- Familiarity with safety and quality standards in the construction industry.
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related field is preferred.
