The client identified a shortage of quality residential real estate within Mogadishu city to meet the expectations of these individuals and was determined to build a residential tower that not only created perfect homes but helped push the residential housing market forwards by demonstrating the viability of multistorey and high-quality residential properties in the city. The client required an expert builder to realize their vision. So DOCOL was contracted to complete engineering design through to construction and ultimately management of what was the tallest and most ambitious structure in the nation, comprised of more than 15 storeys.
