Senior Plumber – Sima Hotel & Mall Project
Docol Group is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Plumber to join our construction team for the prestigious Sima Hotel & Mall project. This role is critical to ensuring the successful implementation of complex plumbing systems across a high-rise, luxury infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute all plumbing works on-site in accordance with project specifications and international standards.
Interpret and implement plumbing blueprints and system layout drawings.
Design and oversee the installation of septic tank connections, pressurized systems, drainage, and potable water supply pipelines.
Supervise plumbing teams and coordinate tasks to ensure timely completion of works.
Conduct system testing, quality checks, and troubleshooting to maintain performance and compliance.
Requirements
Minimum 10 years of experience in plumbing systems on major construction projects.
Mandatory experience in high-rise buildings and 5-star hotel construction.
Proficient in reading and designing detailed plumbing blueprints and system layouts.
Capable of creating and executing basic design works including septic tank connections and underground pipeline systems.
Deep knowledge of drainage systems, pressurized networks, and water supply systems.
Trade certification or diploma in plumbing or a related mechanical field.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
