Quality Control Engineer (QA/QC Lead)
Docol Group is seeking an experienced and qualified Quality Control Engineer (QA/QC Lead) with over 10 years of experience to oversee quality assurance and quality control for our landmark Sima Hotel & Mall project. The ideal candidate will lead all QA/QC operations, ensuring compliance with project specifications, standards, and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain project-specific QA/QC plans and procedures.
Conduct inspections and testing of construction materials, works, and processes.
Coordinate with construction teams, consultants, and clients to address quality-related issues.
Prepare and maintain quality documentation, reports, and records.
Ensure compliance with local and international standards and regulations.
Lead internal and external audits and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
Requirements
Minimum 10 years of QA/QC experience in the construction sector.
Demonstrated experience in high-rise building and 5-star hotel construction is mandatory.
Ability to read, interpret, and implement blueprints and design documents.
Proven track record in implementing quality control systems in large-scale commercial projects.
Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline; QA/QC certifications preferred.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Fluency in English is required.
