Docol Group is seeking a highly experienced Plumbing Technician to oversee and execute plumbing installations for the Sima Hotel & Mall project. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of commercial plumbing systems and a proven track record in large-scale hospitality or mixed-use developments.

Key Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair water supply lines, drainage systems, and sanitary fixtures.
Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams for plumbing layouts.
Ensure all plumbing work complies with building codes, health and safety standards.
Collaborate with MEP engineers and construction teams to coordinate timelines and inspections.
Conduct pressure tests and troubleshoot system malfunctions.

Requirements

Minimum of 10 years experience in plumbing systems on major construction projects.
Proven experience on high-rise buildings and 5-star hotel construction is mandatory.
Must be able to read, implement, and design plumbing blueprints and system layouts.
Strong understanding of drainage, pressurized systems, and water supply networks.
Relevant trade certification or diploma in plumbing or a related field.
Fluency in English is required.
