About the Job
Docol Group is seeking a highly skilled and creative Photographer with a strong background in professional photography and post-production. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience and proven expertise in Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop. This role will support our corporate, construction, and project documentation by delivering high-quality visuals that represent the excellence of Docol Group. Docol Group is hiring a Surveyor Night Lead with over 10 years of experience in civil and structural surveying, specifically in large-scale commercial projects such as malls and hotels. This position plays a critical role in overseeing all night shift surveying activities to ensure precision and alignment with design specifications and construction timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Capture professional images of corporate events, construction projects, and staff.
Edit and retouch images using Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.
Ensure consistency in visual style and branding across all media.
Collaborate with the Communications and Marketing team to create impactful visual content.
Manage and maintain photography equipment.
Deliver assignments under tight deadlines, including work in high-risk or remote environments.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years’ professional experience in photography.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Lightroom, Photoshop, Illustrator a plus).
Strong portfolio demonstrating technical skills and artistic vision.
Experience in corporate, construction, or industrial photography preferred.
Excellent understanding of lighting, composition, and storytelling.
Ability to adapt to dynamic field environments.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
