Mechanical Technician
Docol Group is seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Technician with over 10 years of proven experience to join our dynamic team for the prestigious Sima Hotel & Mall project. The candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of mechanical systems, ensuring seamless and efficient operations throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Install and maintain mechanical equipment including HVAC, pumps, motors, and piping systems.
Read and interpret mechanical drawings and technical schematics.
Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance routines.
Coordinate with engineers and site managers to resolve technical issues promptly.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and project standards.
Requirements
Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in mechanical systems in major construction projects.
Experience in high-rise construction and 5-star hotel projects is mandatory.
Ability to read, implement, and design from mechanical blueprints and drawings.
Strong working knowledge of HVAC systems, pumps, piping, and mechanical installations.
Diploma or certification in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field.
Fluency in English is required.
