Materials Technician (QC/QA)
Docol Group is hiring an experienced Materials Technician (Quality Control/Quality Assurance) to ensure all construction materials used in the Sima Hotel & Mall project meet the required standards and specifications. The role requires attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a deep understanding of QA/QC protocols.
Key Responsibilities
Perform on-site and laboratory testing of construction materials including concrete, aggregates, cement, and soil.
Ensure materials conform to project specifications, standards, and regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate testing records and prepare technical reports for project stakeholders.
Coordinate with site engineers and procurement teams for material approvals and compliance.
Conduct inspections and evaluations to prevent material-related defects and delays.
Requirements
Minimum 10 years of experience in materials testing and QA/QC for large-scale construction.
Experience in high-rise building and 5-star hotel construction is mandatory.
Ability to read, implement, and interpret material specifications, standards, and test results.
Proven track record of quality assurance in luxury, high-spec projects.
Technical diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Materials, or a related field.
Fluency in English is required.
