Job Summary
Docol Group is seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Manager to lead and execute the company’s marketing, branding, and communications initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, managing campaigns, overseeing content and digital channels, and ensuring consistent brand positioning across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with business objectives.
Manage and grow the company’s brand presence across digital and offline channels.
Oversee digital marketing, including social media, website content, email campaigns, and paid advertising.
Coordinate with designers, content creators, and external agencies.
Plan and manage the marketing budget and track campaign ROI.
Conduct market research and analyze trends, competitors, and customer insights.
Prepare marketing reports and performance analytics for management.
Support recruitment, corporate communications, and project marketing activities.
Ensure all marketing materials comply with brand guidelines and company standards.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or in a senior marketing role.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and campaign management.
Experience with social media platforms, content strategy, and paid ads.
Familiarity with marketing analytics tools and performance reporting.
Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.
