Description & Requirements

As a Laborer at DOCOL Group, you will be an essential part of our construction projects, providing vital support to our skilled tradespeople and project teams. Your hard work and commitment will contribute to the successful completion of our projects. We are looking for motivated Laborers who are eager to learn and grow with us.

Responsibilities

  • Assist skilled tradespeople and construction teams with various tasks.
  • Load and unload materials and equipment.
  • Perform general construction site cleanup.
  • Operate hand and power tools under supervision.
  • Follow safety guidelines and wear appropriate personal protective equipment.
  • Transport materials and equipment to and from work areas.
  • Assist in the setup and dismantling of scaffolding and temporary structures.
  • Perform tasks as directed by supervisors to ensure project progress.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Laborer in the construction industry is a plus.
  • Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
  • Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively.
  • Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is advantageous.
