Labor Foreman
Docol Group is seeking an experienced Labor Foreman with over 10 years in the construction industry to lead and manage labor teams on the Sima Hotel & Mall project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating, supervising, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations on site while maintaining productivity, safety, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily tasks of labor crews.
Assign work duties and monitor attendance and performance.
Ensure all work is performed in accordance with project timelines and safety standards.
Report progress, challenges, and labor requirements to site management.
Train and guide new laborers on site procedures and safety regulations.
Requirements
Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage large teams under tight deadlines.
Knowledge of construction safety practices and regulations.
Diploma or certification in construction management or related field is an advantage.
Fluency in English is required.
