Job Summary
Docol Group is seeking a skilled and proactive IT Specialist to support and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure across offices, project sites, and digital platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-user support, Microsoft cloud services, ERP systems, cybersecurity practices, and ensuring reliable IT operations both on-site and remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Provide IT support to staff for hardware, software, and network-related issues (in person and remotely).
Manage and administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, and Intune.
Support and maintain Azure environments, user access, and security configurations.
Manage, support, and troubleshoot Odoo ERP or other custom ERP systems.
Monitor IT systems, servers, and network performance to ensure uptime and reliability.
Implement and enforce cybersecurity policies, access controls, and IT best practices.
Handle user onboarding/offboarding, device setup, permissions, and access management.
Maintain IT documentation, asset registers, and system configurations.
Assist with IT audits, compliance, and risk mitigation activities.
Coordinate with external vendors and service providers when required.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Professional certifications including CompTIA A+, Network+, and Security+ (mandatory).
Strong experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure administration.
Familiarity with Odoo ERP or other custom ERP platforms.
Solid understanding of networking concepts, system administration, and IT support.
Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, policies, and risk management.
Ability to respond to IT issues on-site and remotely, including outside normal hours if required.
Strong problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
