Equipment Operator III
Docol Group is looking for an experienced Equipment Operator III to join our heavy equipment operations team on the prestigious Sima Hotel & Mall project. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience operating advanced construction machinery and ensuring safe and efficient site operations.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and maintain heavy equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, loaders, and graders as per project needs.
Perform daily equipment inspections and routine maintenance to ensure safety and functionality.
Follow site plans and directions from supervisors while adhering to safety protocols.
Accurately complete daily logs, reports, and maintenance records.
Assist in general site operations when not operating equipment.
Requirements
Minimum of 8 years of experience operating various heavy machinery in large-scale construction projects.
Proven understanding of construction safety standards and operational protocols.
Ability to interpret equipment manuals and follow operational instructions.
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work in high-pressure environments.
Fluency in English is required.
