As a Crane Operator at DOCOL Group, you will play a crucial role in our construction projects by operating cranes to lift and move heavy materials and equipment safely and efficiently. Your precision and expertise will contribute to the success of our projects. We are looking for a skilled Crane Operator who is committed to safety and quality work. 

Responsibilities

  • Operate cranes to lift, move, and position heavy materials and equipment.
  • Perform safety checks and inspections on the crane and its components.
  • Communicate with team members to ensure safe and efficient operations.
  • Follow project plans, blueprints, and specifications.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
  • Perform routine maintenance on the crane to keep it in optimal condition.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues.
  • Maintain records of crane operations and maintenance.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Crane Operator in the construction industry.
  • Valid crane operator certification and licenses.
  • Knowledge of crane operations, safety procedures, and maintenance.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans and instructions.
  • Strong spatial awareness and hand-eye coordination.
  • Physical strength and stamina to perform crane operations.
  • Effective communication skills and teamwork.
