As a Construction Manager at DOCOL Group, you will play a key role in overseeing and managing construction projects from inception to completion. Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects from start to finish.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
  • Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Review and interpret project plans, blueprints, and specifications.
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary.
  • Resolve issues, disputes, and conflicts that may arise during construction.
  • Provide regular project status updates to senior management.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Construction Manager in the construction industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials.
  • Excellent project management and leadership skills.
  • Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools.
