Construction Manager - High Rise Building
The Construction Manager will take full responsibility for the on-site management of the Dahab Tower project. You will ensure the timely, safe, and cost-effective completion of a complex high-rise structure, acting as the key link between corporate management, site operations, contractors, engineers, and local authorities.

Experience Required: 10+ Years (High-Rise Construction)
Key Responsibilities
- Direct and supervise all construction activities from excavation to structural works to finishing and handover.
- Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules, align resources, and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines.
- Manage and coordinate site engineers, safety officers, contractors, and skilled labor teams across all trades.
- Enforce construction quality standards in line with project specifications, international building codes, and company expectations.
- Monitor expenses, manage contracts, approve invoices, and control costs to keep the project within budget.
- Identify potential delays, design conflicts, or logistical bottlenecks and resolve them proactively.
- Enforce strict adherence to health and safety regulations; conduct regular site audits and toolbox talks.
- Report regularly to executive leadership and coordinate with consultants, design teams, and government regulators.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Structural Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in high-rise building construction (projects 10 stories and above).
- Demonstrated success managing complex, large-scale construction projects from start to finish.
- Solid knowledge of international construction standards, reinforced concrete structures, MEP integration, and vertical logistics.
- Experience using project management tools (MS Project, Primavera P6, AutoCAD, BIM software).
