The client required a single-source contractor capable of executing all task order requirements on-time and to the applicable standards and regulations, including construction of the installations, supply and management of assets, logistics management, and full base operations and installation support services, to meet the mission requirements. DOCOL was identified as the most capable contractor and was subsequently awarded the sub-contract scope.
