Civil Foreman

Job Summary

Docol Group is looking for a skilled Civil Foreman to supervise daily site operations and civil construction activities. This role involves managing labor crews, ensuring adherence to drawings and safety protocols, and maintaining quality and productivity across all stages of the project. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate site workers and subcontractors

  • Interpret construction drawings and plan daily tasks accordingly

  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and project specifications

  • Monitor material usage and report progress to site engineers

  • Resolve on-site issues promptly to keep the project on track

Requirements

  • High school diploma; vocational training or diploma in civil construction preferred

  • Minimum 5 years of civil site experience, including 2 years in a foreman role

  • Proficiency in reading construction drawings and site supervision

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Fluent in spoken English for site reporting and coordination
