Job Summary

Docol Group is recruiting an experienced Carpenter Supervisor to oversee carpentry operations including formwork, framing, and interior finishing. This role requires strong leadership to guide carpentry teams and ensure quality execution across large-scale construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise carpentry crews in structural and finishing works
Interpret blueprints and assign tasks to meet project goals
Inspect quality, safety, and timely completion of carpentry work
Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and other trades
Train and support carpenters while enforcing safety regulations

Requirements

High school diploma; vocational certification in carpentry preferred
Minimum 7 years of carpentry experience with 2+ years in supervision
Strong knowledge of carpentry tools, techniques, and fit-outs
Proven ability to lead teams and manage construction deadlines
Proficient spoken English for communication and reporting
