Docol Group is seeking a highly experienced Carpenter Journeyman to support the successful execution of the Sima Hotel & Mall project. The selected candidate will bring over a decade of skilled carpentry experience, contributing to the timely and high-quality construction of one of Mogadishu’s most anticipated developments.

Key Responsibilities

Perform a full range of carpentry work including framing, formwork, cabinetry, and finishing.
Interpret technical drawings and blueprints with accuracy.
Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and other trades to maintain construction timelines.
Uphold site safety standards and ensure proper use of materials and tools.
Mentor and oversee junior carpenters when required.

Requirements

Minimum 10 years of experience in carpentry within the construction industry.
Experience in high-rise building construction and 5-star hotel construction is mandatory.
Must be able to read, implement, and design from blueprints.
Demonstrated track record of success in similar projects.
Certification or diploma in carpentry or related trade.
Fluency in English is required.
